Common Referral Application

Under development by the Department of Human Resources and the Georgia Association of Homes and Services for Children with an anticipated date of implementation in the first quarter of 2005.

The goal of the common referral application is to act as a short version referral pre-interview application that will be used and accepted by all providers in the State of Gerogia that are licensed or approved to serve children and families.
